This project rethinks the camera bag as more than just a container, aiming to create a flexible and intuitive tool for lightweight content creators in urban environments. Building on user research, the design addresses five key needs: quick access, anti-theft security, multi-device switching, one-handed operation, and lifestyle fit.
X-LIFE is a modular sling system that allows creators to adapt the bag to different setups, switch devices quickly and securely with a single hand, and carry it comfortably in crowded contexts. By combining intuitive interactions with the freedom for personal adaptation, the sling becomes not only a storage solution but also a wearable workflow station that supports creativity on the move.
