The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) is at a point where rebranding is being actively considered, not just to refresh its visual identity, but to redefine how it connects with fans, players, sponsors, and the wider public. This project explores the potential of a rebrand to balance tradition with modernity, creating a cohesive and inclusive identity that resonates across multiple touchpoints while celebrating the unique culture and heritage of Wales. A successful rebrand is about more than a logo, it’s a strategic tool for shaping perception, building trust, and fostering pride in both the sport and the organisation.
